Beat the plug down low or way up high?

Last night we had guides come back from the Park and it was clear in the valley, meaning that same clear window is now below town.  We fished afterwork below Carter’s in “green is good” water so that will also be somewhere down low.  We just checked the webcam and the river looks fishable up high but looking like 1-2 feet of vis…

It’s taken some effort, but by working around the mud plugs there have been some nice fish caught.  The best news is that fish are looking up and eating hoppers now as well as other big dries like chubbies, flying ants, beetles, and the Tick.  It looks like finally the rain is starting to go away so we should have less mud to worry about next week…
